They will be serving an exclusive Crispy Chicken Sushi Burger during the event. In addition, the Lime House booth will also serve two fan favorites – Crispy Chicken and Bubble Tea.
Burgerfest is an annual food festival held at Main and Buffalo Street in Hamburg, New York. A wide range of restaurants come together to give the community a taste of their unique flavors in the form of a burger. This year, Lime House will be one of them.
“Consistent with our philosophy of engaging with our community, we are making ourselves visible again, this time at Burgerfest,” said Lime House founder Thanda Win. “We’ve decided to showcase an exclusive dish, which we call Crispy Chickshi, to set ourselves apart from the rest. It’s a crispy chicken sushi burger that I believe everyone will love,” Thanda added.
While burgers are not a specialty of Lime House, Thanda and the team wanted to take Burgerfest as an opportunity to market themselves to a wider customer base. “We do not claim to be a burger joint. But we still decided to join Burgerfest as a vendor because of the great opportunity to let more people discover Lime House,” said Thanda.
