“Bold flavors and inventive dishes are part of Philadelphia’s DNA, and Amada has given me the opportunity to grow creatively while sharing the culture of Andalusia with this incredible city,” said Chef Jose Garces. “For 20 years, Amada has been a place for connection – where guests, friends and families have come together to celebrate life over shared plates. I’m deeply grateful to our team and our guests for making that possible, and I look forward to continuing Amada’s story as we begin our next chapter in Chicago.”
