Launched on Oct. 13 across all locations, the Lomito Fundido Taco features sautéed red pepper and onion rajas layered over organic shaved pork loin from duBreton, seared on the plancha and coated in a creamy Tillamook® Monterey Jack cheese glaze. The taco is finished with a drizzle of rich, housemade red chile sauce for a perfectly balanced bite.
