New Location Marks First of Six Franchised Locations Planned Over Next Five Years

(OTCQB:DFRH) (“DRH” or the “Company”), the owner, operator, and franchisor of the unique, full-service, ultra-casual restaurant and bar Bagger Dave’s Legendary Burgers Tavern® (“Bagger Dave’s”) and a leading franchisee for Buffalo Wild Wings® (“BWW”), announced today that its first Bagger Dave’s franchise opened on June 10, 2012 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The new location marks the first of six franchised locations in the Midwest that are slated to open over the next five years.

DRH has 30 restaurants (29 corporate-owned and one franchised), which includes 22 BWW and eight Bagger Dave’s locations, with plans to have a total of 35 restaurants operating by year’s end. DRH is aggressively expanding the Bagger Dave’s concept through a combination of corporate-owned and franchised locations throughout the Midwest, with plans to open three additional corporate locations in 2012. Future franchised locations are also planned for Carbondale, IL, Paducah, KY, Bowling Green, KY, Evansville, IN and Clarksville, TN. Additionally, DRH continues to expand its BWW operations in Michigan and Florida with two new stores currently under construction and another 14 locations planned over the next five years.

DRH operates 22 BWW restaurants: 14 in Michigan and eight in Florida. The Company continues to build new BWW restaurants in fulfillment of its 32-store Area Development Agreement (“ADA”) with franchisor Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (Nasdaq:BWLD).
