Southfield, MI (RestaurantNews.com) Bagger Dave’s Legendary Burger Tavern, a unique, full-service, ultra-casual restaurant and bar, is sprucing up their menu this fall with a revamped design and innovative new menu choices. The new menu items include the Kickin’ Cheddar Burger, the vegetarian Nacho Average Burger; and a spicy peanut butter burger aptly named PB&J(alapenos) Burger. A new Horseradish Ranch sauce will also be added to the menu’s Legendary Sauce offerings. These items will make their debut alongside Bagger Dave’s current list of popular offerings on September 10.
“We’re constantly pushing the envelope when it comes to innovative flavor profiles and new menu items,” said CEO, Michael Ansley. “Our new choices include three standout burgers with explosive flavors as well as a new Legendary Sauce. It’s a great way to kick off the start of a new season and give our guests a chance to try something new.”
The refreshed menu will continue to feature Bagger Dave’s favorites like fresh-cut potato French fries, Dave’s Sweet Potato Chips®, Amazingly Delicious Turkey Black Bean Chili® and Sloppy Dave’s BBQ®, as well as sandwiches, salads and hand-dipped milkshakes. Guests can also enjoy a glass of wine or a wide selection of local craft beers from Michigan breweries.
Founded in 2008, Bagger Dave’s has identified a niche in the burger business with a modern interpretation of the old-fashioned neighborhood bar. The restaurants are inviting for adults and kids alike, with localized décor of the town’s historical past displayed throughout, a bar and even an electric train that runs above the dining room and bar areas.
In addition to its seven company-owned restaurants in Michigan, the company launched a franchise program in 2009 and is targeting Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kentucky and Illinois for growth. New locations are slated to open this fall in Holland, Mich.; Shelby Township, Mich.; Bloomfield Hills, Mich.; and Indianapolis, Ind.
