Blackstreet Capital Management Completes Acquisition of Jerry's Systems Inc.(RestaurantNews.comBlackstreet Capital Management announced that it has completed its acquisition of Jerry’s Systems Inc.

Jerry’s Systems, Inc. is a 66 Unit Franchisor of Jerry’s Pizza and Subs Restaurants, based in Gaithersburg, Maryland.  The restaurants are located in Maryland, Virginia, DC, Delaware, and West Virginia.  President, Dave Terzian owned and operated Jerry’s Systems for 25+ of the 60 years since Jerry’s opened its first restaurant, featuring the “World’s Best Cheesesteak”.  The Company is in positioned in the growing “fast casual sector” of the restaurant industry.

Dave Terzian will be staying on as a consultant to Blackstreet Capital and assisting on the transition of ownership.

Lawrence S Berger, Managing Director, spearheaded the acquisition for Blackstreet Capital Management, LLC.  Blackstreet Capital Management, a Private Equity Company, located in Chevy Chase Maryland, has been acquiring and resurrecting Companies since 2003.

Advanced Restaurant Sales acted as exclusive advisor to the Seller in the transaction and worked hard to find the best fit for Jerry’s Systems’ unique story.
