The $95 ticketed celebration invites guests to a reception-style evening featuring chef-crafted hors d’oeuvres, a complimentary glass of house red or white wine upon arrival, interactive cooking demonstration stations, a curated selection of wine and live music from local DJs – all honoring the brand’s growth, continued evolution and loyal community.
The menu for the evening highlights a curated selection of signature bites, including Wagyu Beef Meatballs, Red Argentine Shrimp Skewers with Calabrian Chile Glaze, Braised Beef Short Rib & Butternut Squash Risotto Cups, Lemon Honey Glazed Chicken Skewers with Pomegranate, Margherita Pinsa Pizza Bites, Mini Goat Cheese Beignets, along with chef-attended meat carving stations and a variety of standout entrées.
