Phoenix, AZ (RestaurantNews.com) Mitch Baker, a seasoned marketing executive and brand builder, today announced the launch of Ignito Advisors, a Phoenix-based consultancy providing Fractional CMO, brand marketing, and local store marketing (LSM) services to growth-focused franchise, restaurant, and consumer brands. The launch follows Baker’s departure from Robeks Juice, where he spent a collective 9-plus years leading national brand and growth initiatives as Vice President of Marketing.
At Robeks, Baker helped shape and execute a future-focused marketing vision across more than 105 franchise locations, modernizing marketing infrastructure, strengthening local store marketing programs, and contributing to increased same-store sales growth through innovation, omnichannel strategy, and trend-forward product launches. He also built and led a high-performing internal marketing team and managed best-in-class agency partners across creative, PR, and digital.
Through Ignito Advisors, Baker looks to partner with companies seeking senior-level marketing leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive. His work focuses on brand positioning, growth strategy, franchise and LSM systems, go-to-market planning, and team and agency optimization.
Baker brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling consumer brands. He previously co-created DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar, helping guide both concepts from inception to national and international expansion as its Chief Marketing Officer. His career also includes senior marketing roles with Hollywood Entertainment, Alamo/National Car Rental, Blockbuster Entertainment, and Walt Disney World.
In addition to his executive background, Baker is an active member of the National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executives Group (MEG) and serves on the International Franchise Association’s Marketing and Innovation Committee. He is also a frequent panelist at industry events, including past Fast Casual Executive Summit conferences.
