“We already have a selection of boba flavors. This time, though, we want to introduce something different, something our diners would appreciate. We’re adding two new flavors to match the season,” said Lime House founder Thanda Win.
Lime House is currently offering five boba flavors: Thai Tea, Strawberry, Taro, Honey Dew, and Peach. By adding two new seasonal flavors, Thanda and the Lime House team hope to attract more diners to their restaurants while at the same time keeping long-time diners interested and looking for more.
“Competition is very tight in the food industry. This is one way we set ourselves apart from the rest,” added Thanda. “Adding new menu items every now and then has been a good strategy for us, based on our experience.”
