Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers will open in Lexington, South Carolina, on Monday, July 18, 2011, at 5364 Sunset Boulevard, across from the Golden Hills Country Club.
Mellow Mushroom features a creative menu with an assortment of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones, appetizers, vegetarian and vegan options and gluten-free crust is also available. Enjoy dining outdoors with two large patios. Owners Chuck Watson and John Wallace are looking forward to bringing Mellow to Lexington, South Carolina. “Lexington is a great city in need of a great pizza restaurant. Mellow Mushroom is the perfect fit for Lexington, bringing an exciting atmosphere and incredible food,” stated Mr. Wallace.
This Mellow will feature live trivia nights and an exclusive 90 Beer Club, with select, member only rewards. The Mellow Mushroom will operate 7 days a week Monday-Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Thursday-Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to12:00 a.m., and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
