Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. continues expansion in Minnesota, opening its first location in Eden Prairie at 13250 Technology Drive.
“Dickey’s is a novel concept with quick-serve, quality barbecue,” said the local franchisee Dave Brooks. “There’s nothing like it in the area, so it was the perfect choice.”
Brooks owns and operates three Dickey’s Barbecue locations in Minnesota. This is the 177th location nationwide.

The restaurant remains anchored in Texas, where the first location opened in 1941 and holds a 46 percent growth rate with a goal of 200 stores by year’s end.
