Located at 4929 S Desert Color Pkwy., the new restaurant officially opens on Jan. 23, following a Friends & Ohana Night celebration on  Jan. 22. The Desert Color location marks the brand’s 74th restaurant systemwide and 38th across Utah.

The Friends & Ohana celebration will include lunch service from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. and dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Guests who attend the dinner event will receive a free mini plate and drink, along with Mo’ Bettahs swag and samples of fan favorites such as spam musubi. Founders and brothers, Kimo and Kalani Mack, will be in attendance.

“Mo’ Bettahs has always been about sharing good food and creating a place where people feel like family,” said Kimo Mack. “We’re excited to open in Desert Color and welcome the St. George community into our ohana.”

The restaurant will serve classic Hawaiian plate lunches with steamed rice and macaroni salad. Menu favorites include Teriyaki Chicken, Kalua Pig, Katsu Chicken and Pulehu Chicken, all prepared fresh and served in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.

To continue the celebration, Mo’ Bettahs will offer a one-day buy-one-get-one promotion on Jan. 26. Guests who mention the promotion at the register can purchase one regular plate and receive a second plate free.

The Desert Color Mo’ Bettahs will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
