Pacific Catch Opens Fourth Location in South BayCAMPBELL, CA  (RestaurantNews.com)  Pacific Catch restaurant, announced today it has opened its fourth location at 1875 S. Bascom Ave. Suite 550 at The Pruneyard Shopping Center in Campbell, CA.

Pacific Catch is a new kind of fresh fish house offering a menu inspired from regions bordering the Pacific Ocean. Executive Chef, Chandon Clenard combines bold spices, sauces and preparation styles of Polynesia, Southeast Asia, Japan, the Pacific Northwest and Latin America. He is also committed to serving sustainably sourced seafood and supports California fishermen and farmers by providing local products when the season permits.

COO Tom Hanson says, “We feel that the South Bay is under served for fresh fish and this has been confirmed by the many locals that have been checking in with us and anxiously awaiting our opening.”

Marketing Manager & Event Planner Chamin Mills adds, “We provide a warm, comfortable atmosphere with a variety of seating to meet a wide range of needs, including a bar for afterwork cocktails, comfortable booths for families, and an indoor/outdoor patio space for an intimate date night or groups celebrating special occasions. Don’t forgt the pooch. Our front, outdoor, patio provides tables that accomdoate guests with dogs.”

General Manager, Rob Schechtman, a graduate of Bret Harte Middle School and Bellermine College Prep class of 88, is excited to be back to his roots after opening and managing the 9th Ave. location in addition to managing the Chestnut St. location, both in San Francisco.

Pacific Catch was founded by entrepreneurs Keith Cox and Aaron Noveshen. The first location opened in 2003 on Chestnut Street in San Francisco, followed by Corte Madera in Marin County two years later, 9th Avenue in the Inner Sunset District of San Francisco December 2007 and now Campbell in the South Bay.
