This milestone marks the first time in company history that The Peach Cobbler Factory has opened inside a shopping mall food court, representing an exciting new chapter for the rapidly expanding brand. This is the third location in the Greater Louisville area with locations now in Middletown, Elizabethtown and now St. Matthews.
The Peach Cobbler Factory now operates 130 brick-and-mortar and mobile units across 24 states, continuing its aggressive national expansion as consumer demand for its Southern-inspired desserts continues to grow.
