  • Pumpkin Pancakes: Two buttermilk pumpkin pancakes made with Coach’s Oats, topped with Polly’s house-made cinnamon whipped cream. Served with two large eggs and a choice of Jones Dairy Farms smoked sausage or applewood smoked bacon.
  • New! Holiday Hushpuppies: A festive twist on a classic – five crispy bites filled with oven-roasted turkey, stuffing, red-skin smashed potatoes and cheddar cheese, topped with savory turkey gravy and served with zesty cranberry sauce.
  • Chili: Polly’s slow-simmered chili features ground beef, sweet onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and a signature blend of spices, finished with kidney and pinto beans. Topped with sour cream and shredded cheddar for a hearty, comforting bowl of flavor. Perfect paired with Polly’s freshly baked cornbread.
  • Turkey Day Sliders: Sliced oven-roasted turkey breast layered with Polly’s homestyle stuffing and zesty cranberry sauce on two freshly baked dinner rolls spread with mayo. Served with fries.
