The menu features bratwurst from the iconic Mattern’s Sausage & Deli in Orange, bringing authentic German flavor to its seasonal dishes. From hearty bratwursts to indulgent pretzels and pumpkin-packed sweets, the new selections are a perfect pairing for the cool, crisp months ahead:
Brat & Eggs – Mattern Nuerenberg brat served with two large eggs and golden potato pancakes garnished with sour cream and green onions. It also comes with pub mustard sauce and a bakery item of the guest’s choice. Upgrade to a Pumpkin Maple Crunch Muffin for just 99 cents. ($13.99)

Pumpkin Pancakes – Two fluffy buttermilk pumpkin pancakes topped with house-made cinnamon whipped cream, served with two eggs and a choice of Jones Dairy Farms smoked sausage or applewood-smoked bacon. ($14.99)

Mattern Sausage Platter – Traditional Mattern Nuerenberg Brat and Mattern Smoked Cheddar Brat atop braised cabbage with apples, finished with pub mustard drizzle and served with potato pancakes. ($15.99)

Pretzel Burger – A juicy one-third pound beef patty stacked with applewood-smoked bacon, grilled onions, pickles, pub mustard and Bock Beer cheese on a toasted pretzel bun, served with french fries. ($14.99)
