Eating on the run can be difficult for those watching their weight, but it’s not impossible to stick to a diet by selecting healthiest fast food choices. There are lesser evils. These menu items are healthier than other fast food choices, but still are fast food and likely only best in moderation.
Most doctors will advise that eating fast food is not part of a healthy diet, but busy lives, work and being away from home often does not leave a lot of choice in the matter. Luckily, many fast food restaurants are providing healthier choices for adult and children’s meals.
Just because you’re forced to eat fast food does not mean you are required to select the 1,000-calorie burger or eat like the guys on Epic Meal Time. Skipping the burger and fries in favor of a chicken sandwich (hold the mayo) or a salad is often the best bet.
