- Build Your Own Seafood Meal ($64) – Features a choice of shrimp or salmon
- Build Your Own Burrito Box ($42) – Four half-sized burritos of your choice, served with chips and salsa
For those looking to add a little extra, Tocaya is also offering a la carte menu items for four, including proteins including carne asada, birria, beef chorizo, chicken tinga, achiote chicken, diablo chicken, shrimp, salmon, and plant-based options like cilantro lime vegan chick’n, vegan picadillo and adobo tofu, as well as salads like the Mexicali Caesar and the Tocaya Salad and with popular sides such as street corn, pozole or tortilla soup, guacamole and house-made cookies.
