The hottest little burrito shop founded in Nashville, TN is officially open in Cookeville, TN after a ribbon cutting today by the Cookeville Chamber of Commerce and Blue Coast Burrito Franchisee, Tony Oliphant. The restaurant occupies the old Pizza Hut location on South Jefferson Street in a new building that provides seating for 120 customers including a covered patio.
