The chain offers fresh and healthy made-to-order salads and is a better alternative to traditional fast food. This new partnership has lead to one university location and two more in development.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers is working on a few serious management changes. The chain has lost its senior vice president and chief financial officer Katie Scherping. The chief marketing officer, Susan Lintonsmith, is also leaving on July 15th. The company is already searching for qualified individuals to replace them.

America’s first California style pizza chain, Straw Hat Pizza, has opened a new location in Dallas. The restaurant is over 3,000 square feet in size and follows the new Straw Hat location design. The salad bar offers healthy dining options and diners with gluten allergies can enjoy a freshly made gluten-free pizza.
