Growing healthy fast-casual brand continues Midwest expansion with second Iowa location
Minneapolis, MN (RestaurantNews.com) CRISP & GREEN®, a fast-casual dining destination known for its convenient, chef-crafted and health-focused menu, is celebrating the opening of its Coralville, Iowa location, marking a significant milestone as the brand’s 50th restaurant nationwide and its second in the state. The Greater-Iowa City restaurant, which soft opened late last year, reflects growing regional demand for wellness-focused dining and underscores the brand’s continued momentum as it expands across the country.

CRISP & GREEN’s Coralville location is operated by franchise partner M3 Holdings, a seasoned multi-brand operator with expertise in the restaurant and wellness sectors, including ownership of multiple Planet Fitness locations. Since joining CRISP & GREEN in 2023, M3 Holdings has expanded the brand in Minnesota and Iowa, and also led CRISP & GREEN’s Ohio entry at the end of 2025. Recipients must download the CRISP & GREEN app and scan their loyalty account at checkout to receive their free entree. Later that evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., guests can give back as they fuel up, as a portion of proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Coralville Community Food Pantry. As part of its mission to empower healthier communities, CRISP & GREEN will also host a free Wellness Series event on Saturday, January 31 at 11 a.m. Attendees will meet at the restaurant for a group workout led by renowned fitness influencer Karlie Stoddard. The event will be followed by CRISP & GREEN food sampling and premium wellness brand activations at the restaurant.
