Kura Revolving Sushi Bar guests can enjoy a barbecue-inspired lineup that includes Seared Sakura Pork Bacon, Sukiyaki Beef, Wagyu Rib Eye Cap Steak, and more

Kura Sushi USA, Inc., the nation’s largest brand of revolving sushi restaurants, will be serving a new Kura Reserve menu with bold flavors of seared cuisine starting this Friday, Oct. 16 through Thursday, Oct. 29, while supplies last. Available at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar restaurants nationwide, the BBQ-inspired menu features Seared Sakura Pork Bacon, Seared Sakura Bacon with Dashi Ponzu, Sukiyaki Beef Roll, and Wagyu Rib Eye Cap Steak, alongside the return of past favorites including Bluefin Tuna Otoro, Crispy Chicken Dorayaki, and Hokkaido Pumpkin Mochi Sundae.
Sizzle, Smoke, and Sushi:
- Seared Sakura Pork Bacon: Rich and savory Sakura pork bacon, seared and layered over Kura specialty rice, topped with an aromatic touch of bright yuzu pepper.
- Seared Sakura Bacon with Dashi Ponzu: Two indulgent pieces of rich Sakura bacon seared and layered over Kura specialty rice, balanced with a fresh drizzle of tangy dashi ponzu finished with green onion.
- Sukiyaki Beef Roll: Savory sukiyaki beef paired with cucumber and avocado, wrapped with Kura specialty rice and seaweed, topped with sesame seeds, yakiniku sauce and green onion.
- Wagyu Rib Eye Cap Steak: Wagyu rib eye cap steak on Kura specialty rice topped with green onion and sesame seeds.

Complementing this limited-time menu are Crispy Chicken Dorayaki – fluffy dorayaki bun filled with juicy crispy chicken, fresh green leaf lettuce, pickled carrots and creamy mayonnaise, Hokkaido Pumpkin Mochi Sundae – Hokkaido pumpkin mochi paired with creamy vanilla ice cream, sweet red bean paste, topped with Japanese green tea sauce and green tea powder, and Kura Reserve Standard nigiri sushi favorite Bluefin Tuna Otoro – tender bluefin tuna belly.
