Quick-casual seafood concept opens with ribbon-cutting, giveaways and six months of free poboys
Lafayette, LA (RestaurantNews.com) Off The Hook Restaurants, the fast-casual seafood brand known for pairing authentic Cajun cooking with convenient service, is inviting Lafayette locals to join in on the grand opening fun with the launch of its newest restaurant on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
Located at 101 Liberty Ave., just off Kaliste Saloom Road, the new store will serve Gulf-sourced seafood in a lively, family-friendly environment. Festivities kick off with a ribbon?cutting at 10 a.m., followed at 10:30 a.m. by a special giveaway: the first 15 guests to arrive and download the Off The Hook app will enjoy FREE poboys for six months. The brand will also launch a social campaign with Lafayette creators Koa Melancon and Sarah O’Pry – the Cajun Mamas – bringing the Acadiana region’s voice and personality into the rollout.
