Fast-casual favorite brings job opportunities and Louisiana flavors to brand-new market
Lafayette, LA (RestaurantNews.com) Off The Hook Restaurants, the quick-casual seafood concept rooted in the essence of Cajun cooking, is preparing to open its doors to the Lafayette community in December – marking the brand’s ninth location statewide and first in the Hub City.
Located at 101 Liberty Ave., off Kaliste Saloom Road, the restaurant will serve Off The Hook’s renowned seafood selections, sourced exclusively from Gulf fisheries and never imported. Diners can expect the same flavorful and authentic recipes, served with speed and convenience in a family-friendly atmosphere.
“Lafayette’s love for food, culture and community is undeniable – and those values are at the very heart of who we are at Off The Hook,” said Paxton Moreaux, CEO of Off The Hook Restaurants. “Opening here doesn’t just feel like growth; it feels like pulling up a chair to a table that’s already rich with flavor and tradition. We can’t wait to welcome passionate team members who will help us serve up fresh, bold flavors in the warm and vibrant atmosphere our guests deserve.”
Leading up to its grand opening, Off The Hook is hiring for both front- and back-of-house roles, including managers, cooks and cashiers. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply at the Careers page on OTHook.com.
