Decade milestone highlights sustainability impact with new menu, limited-time offerings, and nationwide Earth Day events
Dallas, TX (RestaurantNews.com) Sixty Vines is raising a glass to a major milestone. The wine country–inspired restaurant known for its sustainable wines on tap and relaxed, “pinkies down” approach to wine is celebrating 10 years with the launch of a new brunch menu and a month-long lineup of Earth Month experiences.
Since day one, sustainability has been at the core of Sixty Vines. Over the past decade, the brand’s innovative wine-on-tap program has helped save more than 1,425,000 bottles from landfills, redefining how guests experience wine while reducing environmental impact.
“Ten years ago, Sixty Vines set out to make wine more approachable and bring that feeling of being in wine country to everyday dining,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “This new brunch menu is a celebration of that journey. It’s designed for discovery and sharing memorable moments around the table.”
To mark the anniversary, Sixty Vines is introducing a fresh brunch lineup inspired by the flavors and relaxed pace of wine country weekends. The new menu features creative dishes such as the Avocado Bene Croast, a mashup of toast and croissant topped with avocado and brunch favorites, and Carrot Cake Pancakes layered with warm spices. Guests can also enjoy Pistachio & Spiced Cherry French Toast, Walnut Toffee Pull Apart Bread, and The Brunch Board, a shareable spread designed for gathering.
For those who prefer classic brunch staples, the menu also includes the Winemaker’s Breakfast and a light, flavorful Egg White Frittata.
In honor of Earth Month, Sixty Vines is also rolling out a series of limited-time offerings and experiences that reflect its long-standing commitment to sustainability. Guests can enjoy a special Earth Month Cheese Board featuring thoughtfully sourced ingredients, alongside a curated Earth Month Flight in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation. Each flight purchased will help plant a tree in a community across the country.
The celebration culminates on Earth Day, April 22, with events hosted at every Sixty Vines location from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guests are invited to come together to celebrate the vineyards, farmers, and partners who make the experience possible. The event will feature interactive elements including a personalized charcuterie board station, the Earth Month Cheese Board, the Arbor Day Foundation wine flight, and sustainably focused pop-up vendors.
Sixty Vines’ wine-on-tap system remains at the heart of the experience. Each keg holds the equivalent of 26 bottles and can be reused roughly 1,500 times, reducing waste while ensuring every glass is served fresh, as intended by the winemaker. Guests can explore wines from vineyards around the world in a way that feels approachable and rooted in discovery.
After 10 years and more than 1.4 million bottles saved, Sixty Vines continues to prove that great wine experiences and sustainability can go hand in hand.
