Sixty Vines’ wine on tap system offers a sustainable approach to serving wine. Each keg holds 26 bottles that are reusable around 1,500 times over their refillable lifetime. This eco-friendly tap system not only reduces waste and protects the planet but also offers guests the closest ‘from the barrel’ tasting experience outside a vineyard.

By partnering with many of the world’s top winemakers, Sixty Vines offers exclusive wines not commonly available by the glass. It also offers handcrafted cocktails, with choices ranging from a spirit-forward Tequila Fix to a light and refreshing Frozè, as well as beers, mocktails, and non-alcoholic wines. In addition to its premium wine selection, Sixty Vines maintains a casual vibe, welcoming guests to experience everything from multi-course wine dinners to a quick glass of wine and a snack as a late-in-the-day refresher.

Sixty Vines will offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m., along with lunch and dinner throughout the week. General Manager Casey Foster and Executive Chef Rose Paz will lead the Raleigh restaurant.

Sixty Vines has locations in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., with this marking the second location in North Carolina.
