Knoxville, TN (RestaurantNews.com) Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 102nd restaurant on Monday, June 9th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 5018 Kingston Pike, just less than 1 mile East of Northshore Drive.
On June 8th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee.Second Harvest Food Bank is leading the effort to feed East Tennessee’s hungry and to engage our community in the fight to end hunger. “Second Harvest Food Bank is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I.
