Cleveland, OH  (  Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group (CAPRG) announced Tom Vahle as the new Vice President of Operations and will join the CAPRG team July 8.

Under the leadership of Bret Adams, Founder, CAPRG employs more than 1,000 staff members, has operations in 14 locations, and is poised for further expansion with plans of opening a new concept this summer and 5 additional units by mid 2020. Adams remains active in every aspect of the business, ensuring a fully integrated chef driven and guest focused experience for every guest.

“We’re excited to announce the addition of Tom Vahle to our CAPRG family,” said Adams. “Tom is an accomplished operator and has a long and successful track record of driving sales and profit through the consistency of operations. His expertise will play a critical role as we continue our focus on delivering excellent restaurant-level execution and growth.”

Vahle joins the CAPRG team with nearly three decades of experience in operations. Most recently, Tom served as Team Director for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Prior to that, he was the Regional Vice President of Operations for Bravo Brio Restaurant Group (BBRG) for 14 years and the Regional Supervisor for Houston’s, a concept of Hillstone Restaurant Group for 12 years.
