Massachusetts-based pizza brand introduces its streamlined, scratch-made concept to new franchise markets.

CRUST describes its Neo-New York style as a combination of traditional New York pizza techniques and Neapolitan influences. And at the centerpiece of it all sits a tech-driven process that uses a dough rounder, dough press, and electric conveyor oven to portion, shape, and bake its homemade Italian-flour dough.
The system doesn’t stop with the oven. CRUST pizzas are assembled front of house along an efficient production line, allowing customers to watch their pizza come together. The process is designed so school-aged employees can step into the role without prior restaurant experience, receiving extensive training to execute each step with precision, speed and courtesy.
