On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina®, which was founded at a time when Time magazine named The Computer as the person of the year, is celebrating its birthday on October 29, 2015 by offering its house margarita for just $1.82 and a house tequila Meltdown shot for just 82¢.

On October 29, 1982, the first On The Border restaurant opened on the corner of Knox and Travis in Dallas, which OTB has called home since day one.
