The Fall Chef’s Specials include:

The seasonal offerings build on JINYA’s approach to Japanese cuisine, pairing carefully selected ingredients with the flavors and techniques at the heart of the brand. Known for its slow-simmered broths and handcrafted noodles, JINYA continues to offer guests new ways to experience its take on ramen and Japanese favorites.

“We’re always looking for ways to introduce guests to bold flavors and new experiences at JINYA,” said Tomo Takahashi, founder and CEO of JINYA Ramen Bar. “Aka Oni really delivers on that with layers of garlic, spice and heat, while the Tonkatsu with steamed rice showcases a classic Japanese pairing in JINYA’s signature style.”
