- Shima Aji: Savor every moment of this buttery slice of Shima Aji layered over Kura specialty rice. The light, rich flavor of the white trevally fish transports your tastebuds to the waters of Kagoshima.
- Kanpachi: Refreshing kanpachi from the seaside city of Kagoshima delivers a subtly sweet flavor with a tender, smooth texture layered over Kura specialty rice.
- Seared Yuzu Infused Albacore: Lightly seared albacore tuna from Shizuoka, infused with a splash of yuzu, topped with green onion and layered over Kura specialty rice, brings bright, citrus flavors.
- Murasaki Squid: Fresh Murasaki squid layered over Kura specialty rice offers a lightly sweet taste and tender-firm texture with mild hints of the rich waters of Aomori.
- Yuzu Dashi Seaweed Salad: This decadent seaweed salad uses six types of seaweed imported from the shorelines of Sanriku, flavored with aromatic dashi and a splash of zesty yuzu.
