Viral Los Angeles cinnamon roll company, All About the Cinnamon, combines their signature roll dough with the iconic flavors of Prince St. Pizza for a savory collaboration available September 4–27
Los Angeles, CA (RestaurantNews.com) Two Los Angeles favorites are rolling up something unexpected this September. All About the Cinnamon and Prince St. Pizza are teaming up to launch “The Prince”, a limited-edition savory pizza bun combining All About the Cinnamon’s signature handcrafted dough with the iconic marinara and famed crispy, cupped-and-charred pepperoni cups of Prince St. Pizza.
Available September 4 through September 27, The Prince takes the soft, freshly baked dough behind All About the Cinnamon’s signature rolls and gives it a savory spin, layering in Prince St. Pizza’s signature pizza sauce and fresh mozzarella for a mashup that lands somewhere between a freshly baked roll and a slice of pizza.
The Prince will be available in two varieties: Cheese for $11 and Pepperoni for $12, with Prince St. Pizza’s Not Ranch available for an additional $2.50. Each roll will be made fresh in limited quantities daily with a side of Prince St. Pizza’s housemade marinara sauce. The Prince will be available while supplies last.
“We’ve always loved taking something familiar and finding a way to make it completely our own and The Prince was such a fun opportunity to step outside of what people normally expect from us,” said Lindsay Sears-McDonald, owner of All About the Cinnamon. “Prince St. Pizza has such an iconic flavor and identity, and bringing that together with our dough felt like the perfect collaboration. It’s still unmistakably us, just savory, and we can’t wait for people to try it.”
Founded as a family-owned bakery, All About the Cinnamon has built a following around its handcrafted, small-batch cinnamon rolls, combining quality ingredients with a deep love of hip-hop culture. The collaboration marks a playful departure from the bakery’s typically sweet creations while staying true to its approach of using its signature dough as a canvas for bold flavors.

Throughout the four-week limited time collaboration, The Prince will be available at All About the Cinnamon in Sherman Oaks Friday – Sunday at 10 A.M. until sold out, as well as for a limited time on Sundays at Prince St.’s booth in the Studio City Farmers Market. Quantities will be limited, with fresh batches prepared throughout the campaign.
