Charlotte, NC (RestaurantNews.com) Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is warming up the colder months with bold and unexpected flavor combinations inspired by one of New York’s most iconic neighborhoods. The new Little Italy Burger is available at all locations now through Feb. 28, bringing those beloved, familiar tastes to life on one of Bobby Flay’s signature burgers alongside the indulgent Rocky Road as a spoon-bending milkshake.
“As a born and raised New Yorker, I’ve always been surrounded by the vibrant Italian-American character that makes Little Italy so special,” said Chef Bobby Flay. “With this burger, I wanted to bring those quintessential influences forward in a way that speaks for itself. It’s food that feels connected to the places and moments that inspired it.”
The limited-time items include:
Little Italy Burger – Certified Angus Beef™ patty grilled medium or well done with mozzarella, spicy tomato sauce, parmesan and arugula. Available with grilled chicken upon request
Rocky Road Milkshake – A chocolate shake blended with almonds, marshmallows and topped with a sprinkle of chocolate flakes.
